The buyer can return the t-shirt within 14 days. For the return to be accepted, clothes must have only been worn to try the fitting and must remain brand new. In the opposite scenario, your right to return or exchange will be void.

For a refund or exchange, the buyer must contact THITTI Sarl by email to contact@thitti.ch indicating the order number.

For a refund, the whole purchase amount (excluding delivery fees) will be paid back. THITTI Sarl will have the right to request your banking details to process the refund.

Return fees are to be paid by the buyer, THITTI Sarl will bear the ship-out costs in an exchange.
